Authentic vintage nomadic pillow (cuval) from Western Anatolian, Turkey. Handmade using hand spun wool on cotton warps. Front: Flat weave with colourful brocading Back: Original flat weave.
These large sitting pillows are sold unfilled for ease of posting and allowing you to fill them to your specifications.
Ideas for filling:
1) Loose stuffing available from Spotlight, Lindcraft, Ebay etc
2) Foam (different thicknesses, firmness available) cut to size from places like Clark Rubber
3) Utilize your own available stuffing in true nomadic style! Think old pillows, quilts, blankets, clothes that aren’t in a good enough condition to be donated to charity.
